Nominating Committee

Committee Responsibilities:

  1. Identify the skills and talents required by the Board to implement The Association’s mission.
  2. Identify anticipated vacancies on the Board and seek nominees for election to each vacancy at the Annual Meeting.
  3. Review The Association’s Constitution and By-Laws and recommend revisions to the Board.

Time Commitment:

The Nominating Committee typically meets four to six times per year, between January and May, in order to present its slate of Officers and Directors to the May Board meeting and the June annual meeting. The Committee meets for approximately one hour, at a time convenient for Committee members.
