Kathleen Salois joined The Association For Community Living in October 2007. She has over 10 years of direct Human Resources experience.

Kathleen has strong and diverse experiences as a Human Resources professional in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.  Her experience includes: Personnel Management and Development, Database Management, Project Management, Internal and External Customer Support, Employee Relations and Human Resources Management.

Prior to joining The Association, Kathleen’s work experience included GE Healthcare, Leslie Educational Alternatives, MeadWestvaco and Tambrands. She has progressed in her career by taking advantage of professional growth opportunities and diverse work experiences.

Kathleen previously served on Board of Managers for Springfield Day Nursery and as an officer for the Western Mass Falcon AAU Basketball Organization.

Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at Framingham State College. She lives in Wilbraham with her husband, Daniel, and their two daughters.
