Our 18th Annual Conference was a great success!
Approximately 400 family members, teachers, and professionals gathered at The Log Cabin in Holyoke to learn about educating and supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders from Paula Kluth and social integration from Elsa Abele. The day ended with a panel discussion by young adults on the autims spectrum sharing their experiences and interests with the autdience. Their comments were both thought provoking and insightful.
We thank our donors, sponsors, and advertisers for their generous contributions and commitment to making this event so successful. A very special thank-you goes to Doug Cote (one of our "dads") and Quebecor World Eusey Press for the beautiful brochures. Doug put countless hours into laying out the brochure content and advertisements. He said it was "an act of love," and it showed. As we continue to grow as an organization, the partnerships we have with our sponsors are vital to our success.
